Sensors: They are people who use their common sense as a strong way of measurement. They are very realistic as they depends on the facts mixed with their common sense so they can have the most near realistic explanation for any situation they face. They are not easily driven by illusions or they idea of putting very high expectations away from the norm.

Thinkers: They are people who tend to think before they take any decision as they believe in the importance of thinking process as they start with a sequence of steps as they start understanding the situation, Analyzing the surroundings, looking for the opportunities , checking the flaws and use their own logical thinking then they reach to the most appropriate decision.

Judgers: They are people who are organized and prepared. They always put a plan that they follow and they follow rules. Judging is not a bad personality, some people misuse the beauty of judging there is a large difference between judging and forcing a judge.

When you judge someone you are telling him something you are sure from it as it is like a rule for you that you apply on yourself, So it is about the way of how you communicate your own judgement. Feelers: They are people who are sensitive and they feel empathy towards the other person. They have personal value and they think a lot how others will feel if they made certain actions.

Feelers are people with a kind personality they know very well how to value relationships with people even with their own work. As Feeler is a natural personality but it might have some drawbacks as it can make you exhausted with the tons of scenarios you are creating, also if you made an action and someone perceived it in a way you don' accept.

Perceivers: A Perceiver is an aware person he act on the spot in the situation. He is very flexible in putting the plans and changing according to the situation as he has an awareness of the situation that makes him very spontaneous and makes him take the right action that adapt the situation.
