It has already been proven that we have the ability to heal ourselves from anything and everything.
How do we become creators of our own reality and shift from pain to health and well-being?
We can first start by being aware of everything around us and what's going on internally.
It's all to do with ourselves, no one else.
We can't compare ourselves nor compare our progress to others either, you are you
Secondly, if we keep focussing on our issues 24/7 we will create more of what we dont want.
If you are always thinking you are SICK, TIRED, UNWELL, and LABELLED with DIAGNOSES of multitude of things. It will be very hard to truly believe you can heal yourself. The inner dialogue will keep you there forever
Focusing on what's not going well in your life, is what I call the "Problem-solving structure". It's hard because you are there right now, in the thick of things, sick and unwell
So let's figure out ways to get around that.
How can you go from feeling unwell to having that inner knowing that it's all possible, to be well again?
Most of my clients have done some personal development in their lives and they have a very clear understanding that they can create their own reality.
They know that they have the ability to choose their thoughts and feelings.
So, if we can choose how we feel, it would be fair to say, we could start changing how we perceive certain things in our lives. Move towards having more control over our thoughts
There are 3 things to consider in the healing journey:
1: Our Emotions/feelings - by noticing whether we feel happy or sad, energetic or tired, bored or lonely - all of our emotions will give us indications of the direction we are heading. It's the information we relay to ourselves and to others
2: Our level of perception, on a mental or physical level, our physical body informs others, how we hold ourselves, how healthy we are, how we show up, how energized or slow we walk, and whether we think or feel sick or not
3: Our environment, the things around us inform us, how we personally interact with the world, and what the world is doing, kind of in response to us with our own alignment, in conjunction with our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Being more aware of how we are feeling at any given moment will help us become more aware so that we can do something about it. Heading down the same path day in and day out will keep us stuck.
When I first start working with my clients I ask them to write down all of their feelings daily. This helps them to be more aware of their thoughts during the day.
If you are not aware of the feelings there will be no change. There needs to be a point of awareness to want to change
As we start connecting with ourselves more, and as we start to see the life that we want to live, evolve around us, then we notice shifts, we've got to take note of that information of what it's giving us. Noticing the small changes, the small wins ~ daily
Maybe you will find you won't react as much, as before. Maybe you will begin to see others differently, perhaps with more compassion.
And what do we do with it?
This new awareness?
So, the idea is that we have to take our information, and have awareness of our bodies, and our environment. How are we behaving?
What thoughts do we have, and with those thoughts, how are they making us feel?
Our emotions, how we're feeling, then we convert it to intelligence, and that's just a simple understanding that everything from our conscious point of view is created
That's really it.
And you can ask yourself questions: to try and figure it out, we are raised that way, to always try and figure out why we do certain things, what’s wrong, problem-solving, dealing with issues, our issues, other people’s issues,
So when we say that sentence, I have to figure it out…
we don't really need to.
It's a matter of deciding what you want in your life, and how you want to feel about it
It's about creating your life, from now
So first we learn to be aware of all of those thoughts when they come up,
What's true is when those thoughts come up, we have to have awareness around them, so we can convert this information to intelligence.
Learning all of that is hard on your own, that’s why working with myself is the way to go, I think everybody should work with a coach, so when you are in the depth of this work to understand how to guide you, to create intelligence around your information, because we're understanding our lives in a new way.
Many people continue to hold onto the old sabotaging identities. I'm not worthy, I'm not perfect. I'm insignificant, I don't belong. I'm not good enough. I'm not capable.
All relating to every aspect of your life ~ health, wealth, and relationships. It plays out in all at some degree

It's in the essence of the things that hold us back that keep those old stories on repeat
And then we say when we have that information, I have a choice on how to perceive this, I have a choice what to do here. So, the ability to apply this knowledge to create a superconscious life, that's the next step.
So, when we realize we have a choice and start applying it to your life, the intelligence that we will have now to be able to take information and say, “I am choosing this now because I've been practicing this deliberately, I want to have a more consistent intuitive aware point of view.
It's from that point of view, that everything is created in perfection, you're not broken, you do not need to be fixed and you are a powerful creator. You do not need to try and figure out what is wrong with you, and why whatever happened to you happened.
It is what it is
We learn to be super intuitive and how to live super consciously, from a very powerful perspective more consistently.
I have a choice right now.
Then when something happens in your life, you will start being aware of how off track you are…or on track you are
We've got the intelligence, and then we go to the intuitive point of view, as we want to live from our sovereignty being in control of our thoughts and feelings, from the creative source that we are.
It all takes time, it takes awareness and it takes your focus, and you have to remember you have a choice. No matter what is going around you, with your family, your friends, your work, the environment, the politics, the world, no matter what, it is you that has the choice on what to focus on. And by that, you become a super intuitive creator.
For me I notice certain statements I make to myself, then I auto-correct because I want to focus on creating, nothing else, it’s all about where you want to be
So we catch ourselves in this awareness of information.
You just focus on the joy of having a new car, being healthy, or having that soul relationship or house of your dreams. It's the END result of joy and happiness
That's how we're living super intuitively and consciously, even in the midst of all of this information we're given in the world, when we live from that, it’s so much easier
That's when you say, I made that happen.
It all happens when we do this consistently over and over and over again. It's learning a new way to think.
It's learning a new way to be present in the world and see how powerful of a creator, you are.
So, the abundant moments, are when we are living in the new intuitive structure. We start with gathering information and having loads of awareness.
We start creating new choices with our decisions.
We create the choices in our minds, we feel the choices we want to make. And the best part of that is when we take our aligned action, we say…I'm going to do that and you do it. You are it.
Creation is when we listen consciously, and we're connected to the universal consciousness
We have the intelligence to do it all, and at any time we can start practicing it
If you're going to go and fight hard for everything, be in frustration mode, angry, impatient, you are then on the hamster wheel, back to figuring it all out and problem-solving, loads of pain, why things are so, maybe a victim
You start operating from, “I'm just going to focus on the happiness of it, let go of the how too’s, “
Letting go of the…." if only"… letting go of the, "I got to figure it all out", even if I am in pain…who cares….Letting go of it all,
We can all do it,
all of what I teach you, you do it over and over again.
You do it over and it's awareness.
No matter what information you get from anywhere
You have a choice, we all do,
It's an information awareness choice,
It's all there for you,
