Businesses as usual are always facing turbulence, uncertainty & complexities both internally and externally. External environment is not in the control of any organisation. HR can influence by holding and hosting internal environment (the Organisational Culture) by engaging, inspiring and influencing. Whitest other functions are on the top of the game, HR also need to be proactive thus HR leaders can contribute & add value both strategically & tactically (using head & heart) while lead by example using head, heart and hands to the business and well by honing, hosting and holding the skills of helping hands!
