Organisational leadership philosophy is different than your personal purpose, values, and valued behaviors. While your leadership philosophy will be built upon the foundation, your clear personal purpose and value statement creates, it is specific to your leadership efforts. (in the workplace, in a community organization; wherever you are taking a leadership role)

Having sound Organizational leadership philosophy based on above insight gives a deep insight both at individual members of the leadership team as well as collective mid-set.
Here I would like to say top leadership i.e. CEO or entrepreneur plays very impotent role in deciding on the leadership philosophy. What is the journey of the entrepreneur, beliefs, value system, past success/failure, family pressures on entrepreneur, liabilities and risks, profitability, tried and tested style and personal physic plays important role.
Right leadership philosophy can lead and foster converging action across the organisation thus help in stimulating and creating alignment, customers delight, sustainable growth, employee happiness index and more as indirect value creation.
