When it comes to digital marketing - specifically using a combination of content, DMs, and closing high ticket sales on zoom, many tell me I'm one of the best.
Humble brag: Yes, I've closed more than $150M using this method, and I've dissected more than 1,000,000 DMs and I have found a simple pattern that's easy to follow and it will work for you - TODAY.
Here's what you're gonna come away with:
Why create a brand voice?
Because it will unify how your brand appears across ALL social media, emails, and anywhere you write copy.
People depend on consistency, reliability, and trust what they know.
If they know how you talk, it's the same way and appears in the same frequency, you'll close more deals.
So, designing a "writing style" for your brand is VITAL.
Here's how to to do it.
STEP 1: CREATE YOUR BRAND VOICE
Summarize the writing style below, by describing the writer’s voice using an X:Y list, where X is the subject and Y is the description, as demonstrated in this example: “Vocabulary: description of vocabulary tendencies would go here” Analyze the author’s style, tone, vocabulary, grammar, Rhetorical Devices, Content Patterns, and Values. Describe these extensively without giving any specific examples. Use the text below for your analysis that could be applied to any piece or topic this author might write: "ENTER SAMPLE"

Where you "ENTER SAMPLE", add a blog article from the content of the people you enjoy learning and reading from.
You could add 1 blog article, or several emails as your "sample".

Why Do You Want A DM Messaging Sequence?
How many hats do you wear as a founder?
A LOT, right?
I get it.
Having a templated DM Messaging Sequence is the secret to saving yourself 10+ hours per week of work.
It eliminates a LOT of unnecessary thought about "where will my next client come from?"
Think of it like a conveyor...
You find a "suspect" - who you think will buy your stuff, then put them on the conveyor.
1st you want to pre-qualify them.
Then you send them the first message.
If they respond correctly based on your system, you'll have the next message to send without thinking about it.
And so on...
Here's the rub.
Making message sequences sound authentic is challenging, but you can do it with the prompt below and the brand you just created.
STEP 2: CREATE A DM MESSAGING SEQUENCE

You co-founded an incredible digital marketing agency and help people transform their business into something they enjoy and love and make it easier for them to get results.
Please create a conversational 2-way DM messaging sequence to get a hungry and focused business owner to engage, connect, reply, and book a call with you. The messaging sequence must include an initial compliment, 2-3 transitional questions to determine whether or not it makes sense for her to book a call, and invitation to book, then a booking link message.

By keeping the conversation engaging and focused on their needs, you establish a genuine connection and demonstrate your expertise without being pushy. This approach helps the prospect feel understood and eager to explore solutions with you.

Is it perfect?
No.
Nothing ever is.
Is it a VERY CLOSE conversation you could use to generate booked calls today?
Yes.
100%.
The biggest challenge you're gonna face with this is CONSISTENCY.
Beyond that, TRACKING will become a nightmare.
But we'll hit on that in a bit.
So What Do I Do Now?
Split test.
We can only use A.I. in a capacity to get us a template and get us started.
It currently isn't the magic pain-killer that will do the work for us.
This is where we bring humanization and personal touch in the equation.
Once you have messaging you are in alignment with and you believe it speaks through your personal brand voice the way you want it to, it's time to put it to use.
STEP 3: SPLIT TEST
You are looking for a DM engagement rate of between 2-6 people out of every 10.
If you have a higher ticket product, say $5K or more, you can get away with a 2 out of 10 rate.
If you need more volume, you must keep tweaking your first message until you achieve the 4,5, or 6 (or more) out of 10.
Keep track of this the best you can, and continue optimizing through each stage of the convo until you can book calls on demand.
The amount of clarity you'll have on how to consistently grow your business will blow your mind.

Once you have a message sequence that works every time, It's time to systemize it.
