CREATE WIN/WIN SOLUTIONS

Fundamental of the Week: #18 - CREATE WIN/WIN SOLUTIONS. Success is a two-way street. Learn to think from the other person’s perspective. Discover what others need and find a way to help them meet those needs while also fulfilling your own. Win/win solutions are always more effective and longer lasting than win/lose situations
One of the things I like most about the Bernhardt Wealth Management business model is that we ALWAYS are fiduciaries and we ALWAYS have our clients best interests at heart. Removing commissions and the typical conflicts of interest in most financial services companies helped us create the true win/win environment for our clients.
Win/win solutions are obvious for our clients but they can and should exist in our office, too. What can we do to help create a win/win environment in the office? Be selfless and think of the needs of your immediate supervisor and others on our team. Put yourself in their situation and understand what they need and ask yourself if there is a way you can help fulfill that need. This will help create a win/win solution and most likely will help you get what you want, too.
This week and in the weeks ahead, take a moment to think about the things that will be taking place and ask yourself if there is a way for you to craft solutions that meet everyone’s needs.
