We've all been creating who we want to be along the way, sometimes, most of us just need to remember who we are.

This is a revolutionary time.

And we are all on a heroes' journey to discover who we are in our work and define our work for purpose.

Remembering who we are, calls for a revival of our careers.

A revival of what we set out to do, and who we intended to be.

In navigating these transitions, the very uncertainty we face allows for our creativity, big time.

We can create certainty by discovering who we are.

So, focus on what you can control and lean into developing new levels of self-trust within yourself.

What got you to where you are now, in part, is what will continue to get you further.

You have all that you need within you to bring your light into the world.

Trust yourself.

Who you are and the work that you seek is grounded in what you value.

The importance of knowing your values is your anchor.

Grounding into what matters most to you at work is the BIG shift we are experiencing across the globe.

Trusting ourselves to be able to use this BIG shift into work that supports our values is what April is here for.

And your community is here to help.

Don't underestimate the power of your ability to connect and gather career collaborators around you.

As you walk into the future one step at a time, imagine what you could so if you did something about all that you imagine?
