Create Space for Your Wellness...

What if the only threat to our system of health care was healthy people?

?Good health, and even better still, great health, is an "in service of" goal, rather than an end goal.

Your WHY of good health is then in service of your larger purpose that is your real WHY.

There is a high probability that if your health goal is an end goal you will fail at both because the candle burning at both ends burns twice as fast.

Intentionally create space for your wellness or you will be forced to take time for your sickness.

You are of no use to yourself or others if you fail because your health fails.

“But Dave! I don’t have time!… My job takes up my time!… My work takes too much time!… My dysfunctional friends and family take too much of my time!… My project takes all my time!”

Things don’t take time. People take time.

How much time have you got left? Stop wasting valuable time. Give yourself the gift of time by learning that activity is not accomplishment and make your calendar your defensive perimeter and primary offensive weapon.

With the power of intention, this is much simpler than it sounds. Recognizing your bad habits is the hard part. Both are leadership matters and your leadership matters.
