Reflect & Redirect With This
When we are looking to create new habits, implement new routines, and accomplish new things in our lives, it’s important to pause to notice if we need to correct our course and redirect our actions.
Every month, make space to reflect and notice the things you may have missed, the things that may not be working as you initially expected or like you thought they were going to go and to be more deliberate with your actions.
In a world that is obsessed with speed, being intentional in creating the space between our stimulus and our responses and redirecting our course when needed can become a superpower.
Here are a few questions you can use to start thinking differently and to reflect on your current habits and systems:
Follow-up questions: How is what I typically do daily compounding in your life? Is it driving me forward in the direction of my goals and dreams? Or is it steering me in the opposite direction?
Follow-up questions: Are they the same as what I say my priorities are? Why or why not?
Follow-up question: What would it be named?
Follow-up question: How can I start to change that belief?
Follow-up question: Or am I too busy chasing the urgent things that don't really create an impact on my life and my goals?
