Create Multiple Records on a Single Screen (Repeater)

Spring '24 is in our preview developer Orgs, and the scavenger hunt is on.

Salesforce included a new component for screen flows in this release:

Repeater (beta) ??

The repeater component gives us a repeatable data entry section that users can repeat n times. Once the flow builder includes fields in the repeater section, the user can add or remove section occurrences in runtime on the same screen.

Repeater does not support all fields; however, you can add text and picklist fields, to name a few supported, and build a screen like the one above to let the user create multiple cases using one screen.

This is a use case that I saw several times supporting service organizations. When the support agents communicate with the client, they often want to rapidly create multiple cases for one client.

It is a promising feature often addressed with form solutions that run on top of Salesforce or integrate with Salesforce.

I am looking forward to the development of the tool and will include it in my solutions when it is GA.
