Create memories
It's so easy to get caught up in capturing every moment for social media. What a whirl - tiktok this, insta that, staging crazed events, anything goes. It's a frenzy to create free content for billionaires who profit from selling advertising space. If you're old enough you might remember newspapers. Imagine having a newspaper where the news is written by the readers, and all you have to do is sell the advertising. And actually, you don't even do that. The readers do it for you.
Don't get me wrong, I love a good kitten picture as much as the next one. It's just that after a while, it feels a bit like there's bit too much sugar.
True fulfilment comes from living in the present and creating meaningful memories. Instead of focusing solely on curating content, prioritise experiences that add meaning and enrich your life and relationships. Whether it's spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing your passions, or exploring new adventures, embrace the present moment fully. After all, it's the memories we create that truly last a lifetime.
