Create extension Add-in

I have added a new Add-in for TRUDUtilsD365 - "Create extension".

It allows you to create an extension for the current element(or add it to the current project if the extension already exists) from a designer view.

In the standard tools, you can do the same only from the Application Explorer and in some cases, it is not very handy.
