Excitingly, 2024 will be my eight year at OnTalent, a boutique talent advisory firm that has been supporting both employers and job candidates since 2009. Many things have changed over the years, but there are several constants. One is that we are all seeking different things in our careers and that our needs change over our lifetime. The average person spends a considerable chunk of their life working (some 95,000 hours), so it's important we feel we're getting what we need from our careers.
