2 年Many of us have sufficient personal meaning and purpose. In the workplace too many leaders practice negative psychological conditioning that unfortunately, often creates professionally demoralized staff.

2 年Yes, but… even if the organization itself has purpose and meaning, but the actions of management show they are there only for the money or position/status, no meaning, no purpose will help. Lead by example that is.
