Create the Best Life: Use Your Powerful Mind
How do you create the best life? Is this a possibility or a pipe dream? If it is possible, how? Your mind can guide you.
Create the Best Life: How to Use Your Mind as the Best Guide
To create the best life, start with your mind. Buddha knew this, and his inspiring quote reinforces it.
“Our life is the creation of our mind.” -- Buddha
What Do You Want From Life?
First, figure out what you want from life. More specifically, what do you want your life to be?
The direction you take begins with what originates in your mind. Here’s how it works. If you take the initiative and allow yourself to imagine and envision how your life will unfold, you will take the necessary actions to ensure you follow your vision.
Distractions Get In the Way
However, this isn’t as easy as it sounds. For one thing, the buzz and distractions of daily life often get in the way. We tell ourselves we’ll think about the future tomorrow and decide on plans or directions to follow when we’re not so busy.
As if we don’t have enough to contend with, knowing that we’ve let opportunities slip away doesn’t sit well with us. That can result in unproductive self-blame.

How to Create the Best Life: Do It
Yet all this can be reversed. There’s never a wrong time to create your life. You simply need to do it.
How to Begin to Create the Best Life
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Take as long as you need. How long that is depends on you, but it can be as short as an hour or as long as a day (or longer if you have that luxury).
Pursue What Excites You to Create the Life You Want
If you get excited about a path or direction you’d like to follow, that’s a good sign. You feel strongly about the idea, and it’s worth pursuing.
Besides, it’s fun to let your mind put together the threads. Since it knows what you feel strongly about, it helps you create a life that cements everything in place.

4 个月Good day Suzanne Kane and all LinkedIn truth seekers and finders. ??? Gautama, the human founder of Buddhism, did not create the mind so how would he, a mere human know the mind? During his travels he rested under a Bodhi tree and that is where he recived what he called " the Enlightenment" and this is how and when he became known as the Buddha I lived forty odd years before I recived a Divine revelation from God, our Divine Creator, through Jesus the world's Messiah, by His Holy Spirit, no natural born human, that our human mind is deceitful above all things, beyond cure, and no human can understand it, but Them, our Creators who created it My life up to that point proved what they revealed was true and all the world was proving it too I lived far too long following other human spirits before the Holy Spirit taught me all truth of who we are and Jesus and our Heavenly Father is, and has always been and will be for eternity Nothing manufactured by any human will lead us to know our mind, only what God has given through His Son by His Holy Spirit I am sharing Spirital truth out of love for all! ???????
