About CRC(1)

Cold rolled steel coil can be divided into 3 types:

1:CRC

2:CRC(Coated)

3:Special steel(Such as:Silicon steel and stainless steel,etc)

Different grads of CRC and elements standard.

Electrically galvanized strip steel?should be chromated and phosphated. For EGI used as outer shell of electric appliance, should be anti-finger by coating

Silicon steel could be divided into 2 types:

1:oriented electrical steel(The direction of easily magnetized grain is distributed along the rolling direction, and used in Transformer production)

2:non-oriented silicon steel (Grain direction is randomly distributed,used in motor production)

Main steps of cold rolling

1 Pickling, the purpose is to remove the scale on the surface of hot rolled strip and oil contamination

2 Rolling, which is a key process in the cold rolling process, the main function is to thin the strip by rolling?to?the?target?thickness, and improve the mechanical properties surface and shape quality?of the strip

3?Annealing treatment, strip steel in the rolling process, due to strong cold deformation, so the material cold hardening is serious, not suitable for further processing, must use heat treatment to eliminate internal stress.

4?level off,?to improve the strip surface quality and mechanical properties
