Is It Crazy For Me To Tell You This….?

Hey,

They said I was crazy.

Why?

I told my team I was going to tell you about other income opportunities open to you.

But instead of talking about real estate…

…I wanted to tell you about ways UNRELATED to real estate.

But here’s the thing.

I’m not going to do the usual guru-bashing thing.

You know what I mean.

When someone tells you why you shouldn’t do any of the other money-making ideas out there…

…because their way is better.

No.

That’s not fair.

It’s also not true.

Because you see every other business model you see advertised online…

…or that you stumble across when you’re surfing YouTube…

…they all work.

They have their pros and cons…

…but someone, somewhere has made money from them.

• It could be as a side hustle to help pay the bills.
• It could be to replace their W-2 income.
• It could even be to create a wealthy lifestyle.

Here are the some of the ones that spring to mind:

1. Start an online store (E-commerce) selling products over the internet. Sell things you make, buy products at wholesale prices to sell at a profit or even dropship other companies products.
2. Start a blog and write about things you like. You make money by showing ads, selling products, or writing sponsored posts.
3. Create an online course to teach something you're good at over the internet. You make and sell video lessons or tutor students live online.
4. Become an online influencer and build a following on your favorite social media channel. You make money by endorsing other people’s products.

There are more, but I thought I’d start with the popular ones.

I focused on online businesses.

Why?

Because they are much easier to scale.

My point is this:

You have options.

But here’s my advice on what money making model to choose:

1. Choose one that has a clear, step by step training program.
2. Make sure you learn from someone who’s got a proven track record making money from it.
3. Make sure you learn from someone who’s got a proven track record of TEACHING others how to get the same results.
4. Immerse yourself in a community of other people doing the same thing who are willing to help and support you (if one exists).

And then when you’ve chosen one…

…commit to taking action…

…and then just do it.

I didn’t put The Gator Method on the list, because I am trying to be impartial with this advice.
