With Valentine's Day here, love and commitment comes into focus.

Just as Beyoncé's iconic song "Crazy in Love", capture the excitement and dedication of being fully invested, the same energy and passion can also be found in the workplace when you are truly engaged. It's a powerful reminder of the exhilaration and dedication that comes with being fully invested in something - feeling energized, passionate, and committed to your work.

"I can feel your halo"

Employee engagement is more than just job satisfaction. It's the emotional and psychological investment that employees have in their organization. As an engaged employee you are not just present—you are enthusiastic about your work, consistently go the extra mile, and align with the company's goals and values.

This commitment is reflected in your willingness to contribute to the organization's success, stay with the company for the long term, and advocate for the organization both internally and externally. You're in the zone and feel the “Organisational Halo”.

“Say my name” - engagement is good business

Engaged employees are more productive, exhibiting a 17% increase in performance compared to their less engaged counterparts and engaged teams have a 20% lower turnover rate.
