Be Crazy Enough...

Too many times do people shy away from doing something their hearts desire. Too many times do people say, "but what if the ball gets stolen?" or "but what if I get in trouble?" or "but what if I can't?" Whenever I hear that, or something negative that is serving as a road block for a person/player to simply try, I always say something that seems a bit crazy to them!
"But what if you can?"
When our minds are wrapped up in all the possible outcomes that are negative or harmful, it's a crazy suggestion to think about something positive happening.
When we've spent so many days, months, years believing that we weren't a good enough player, or as skilled as the rest, it's almost seems a bit crazy to think that we can be great.
But just how our negative thoughts are limiting our abilities, our positive thoughts can be the catalyst for our achievements. It starts in our minds. What if you can make the free throws at the end of the game to get your team the victory? What if you can pass your Chemistry class with flying colors? What if you can get a scholarship to a university of your choice?
We have to be crazy enough to think that we can ACTUALLY do or be whatever we want! Then watch what happens.

8 年Great read Lisa! It's amazing how many people are what I like to call "unconsciously pessimistic!" Many times people don't even realize they're doing it, that's the sad part! Keep doing what you do! #DEWYOU
