Crate Washer Checks and Preventative Maintenance

Dear Customer,

Please see attached the redacted report of a systems checks completed this month.?We had a series of events that I thought are important to share, as it shows how things can go wrong.?This may help with your own checks and the notes are:

*When pressure is lost in the system never touch the unloader valve, this will not be the cause in MOST cases.

*Carry spare parts on hand so you can quickly get out of trouble.??Using low pressure fittings on a high-pressure system is not going to work long term.

*If pressure was lost, back the unloader valve off in case that someone played with.?Then pressure can be increased slightly when the system is pressurised without blowing hoses.?I did not do this and then we blew another hose.?Never assume anything.

*Perform checks or weekly or monthly depending on the hours you run to keep on top of small issues and not allowing them to become big problems.
