Cranial Sacral Therapy Session

A craniosacral therapy session involves the therapist placing their hands on the patient, which allows them to "tune into the craniosacral rhythm". Craniosacral therapists claim to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ syndrome, and for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia. When you come in for a cranio massage session you will be laying on a heated bed, the bio mat is an option, aromatherapy is offered along with healing touch and a healing meditation CD. Renee Waters ND will do a combination of craniosacral and massage techniques to totally relax your stress and tension away.The bio mat is being used for chronic medical conditions, such as arthritis, low back pain and fibromyalgia.
