Crane Worldwide Australia Proudly Investing in Cultural Awareness.

Crane Worldwide Australia continues to invest in cultural awareness not only for our staff but also for the community.

In partnership with the Joondalup District Cricket Club and local indigenous elders, we have designed and sponsored an indigenous shirt. This shirt, to be worn as the one-day and T20 shirts for the 2024/2025 season, is a symbol of our commitment to inclusivity.?

?It will be worn by all 4 senior male sides, and we are excited to announce that the 1st?ever girls’ junior team will also proudly wear it, ensuring everyone feels valued and included in our community.

It is believed to be the first Indigenous shirt to be worn across the Premier District Cricket competition, of which we will have an Indigenous game against Scarborough District Club to celebrate cultural awareness in round 4 on October 26th at the Iluka Sports Complex. The story behind the design is as follows:

There are 2 Crane Worldwide Australia representatives playing for Joondalup District Cricket Club in Scott Gerrans and Jamie Riccardi of which we are proud to have their involvement. Below is a photo of Jamie and Scott with Peter O’Brien (Managing Director SOPAC), club Captains?and Peter O’Brien
