Before diving into the topic, give them an overview of what they going to get after reading this, it can be done in many ways. Your opening must be clear and concise.

3. Use Copywriting Formula

You can make your blog post according to the copywriting formula. The use of AIDA, PAS, BAB etc can make your article even stronger. Rearrange these formulas according to your topic and you’ll be good to go

4. Dive Into the Main Topic but Step-by-Step

Let’s say you’re writing pros/cons or 5 types of X article (mostly articles are like this) so when you dive into the topic, make sure to explain each thing step by step to keep the audience engaged

5. Use Short Sentences

Obviously, you don’t want to bore the people, so use short sentences and short paragraphs, approximately 3-4 lines per paragraph.

6. Bullet Points & Numbers

This also helps readers to skim through the content without reading line after line, use bullet points and numbers efficiently.

7. Research before writing

When you don’t know anything about the topic, how will you write it? It’s not only important for writing, but also plays an important role of how will you write it. Complete information about the topic makes you write like a magic!

8. Conclusion / CTA

No article / blog is complete without a conclusion, it does not only give the reader of what should they take away from it, but it also summarizes what are the important points and your thoughts on the article
