I'm a builder. I often find myself gravitating towards companies or roles that need something done because nothing exists. It gets me up in the morning and keeps me motivated. I’m energized when I can work with others to brainstorm, problem solve and celebrating our key wins. ?

When I was approached to join Cradlepoint, I was unfamiliar with the company. I had to navigate articles and website pages to get to learn about what the company did. It wasn’t until I had a chance to connect with the members of our executive leadership team that the story started to come to life. In each interaction, the level of passion and authenticity was crystal clear and not just about the company, products, and services, but the people of Cradlepoint. ?As a builder who thrives working as a part of a team, knowing the people were essential to the success of the company made it easy to make my decision. ?

I can honestly say I've never worked for a company where the leadership team empowers its employees to lead the way they do at Cradlepoint. There is so much freedom to create, innovate and impact the way things are done to achieve our business goals and be a great place to work. It's exactly what I was looking for in my next big move. ?

Cradlepoint was 400 people about a year ago and now, we are racing towards 1200 employees globally. We are scaling - fast. The foundation set by leadership sets us up for success: a culture of respect, where every voice matters?and employees are humble and hungry. I’ve been at companies with similar values, but Cradlepoint stands out for how employees “walk the talk” every day. ?
