“Time is Money” – Benjamin Franklin, while equating the value of time with money, said this. Both are meant to be spent, but those who manage them wisely are seen to reap the rewards. Yet, many of us find ourselves juggling tasks, with time slipping through our fingers like sand. The tighter we try to hold on, the more it escapes. Unfinished tasks increase, building a sense of urgency and contributing to anxiety. This raises the universal question: “How do we manage time?” or even “Is time truly manageable?”

However, participants had the most trouble with awareness and adaptation, scoring 24% lower in those areas. Multitasking didn't help their success, and less than 1% could accurately judge their skills.

  • Link new habits to existing routines.
  • Implement short, focused work sessions.
  • Prepare for changes with alternative plans.

Improving time management is a common goal that helps us manage our efforts wisely. Instead of seeking quick fixes, focus on developing these skills for lasting improvement.
