-- The main theme of "CQEL" is to keep low-profile during preparations for WOW events. The idea is like that : Since you have already planned well for this event - or any coming new idea - and you have spent enough time along with your team doing your best to come up with a WOW thing it would be recommended that you cook things quietly.

-- When it comes to revealing it then you can "Make The Noise" and get everyone surprised ! They would wonder when did you prepare for all that ! Why there was NO NOISE at the beginning !

-- This has nothing to do with being selfish or UN-cooperative, you and your team ( under top-management supervision) had came up with this outcome so professionally and it was approved and liked by management so quietly. Imagine if you COOK LOUDLY what would happen! how many interference would you face from colleagues and UN-related personnel ?

-- Real Example : How many of us new that "Burj Dubai" would be changed into "Burj Khalifa" ? It was so surprising when Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed unveiled the new name.

-- CQEL : Is a practical tool to get things done professionally and in a quick manner.
