ISA前身是中国特种安保协会China Special Security Association (CSSA),由向德峰先生2016年创办于香港。创始人向先生为中国劳动部及人力资源部认证的特种安保师、联合国国国际合作协调局安保部部长和副局长。
ISA, formerly known as China Special Security Association (CSSA) of China, was founded by Mr. Defeng Xiang in 2016. Mr Xiang, the founder, is a special security division certified by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Human Resources of China, and the head and deputy director of the security department of the Bureau of International Cooperation and Coordination of the United Nations.
