CPD Updates?

We have spoken before about the benefits and the importance Continual Professional Development or CPD, but here is a quick recap.

• CPD enables people to reinforce and develop their current skills and help them stand out to current and future employers. It not only provides a competitive edge but also set individuals apart in the job market, as many candidates applying for roles often hold similar main qualifications.
• A KEITS CPD course enables individuals to plan their own, or staffs’, CPD and take control of their career and business development. Providing CPD to your employees increases staff motivation and dedication as they feel supported and backed by their employer.
• Our CPD courses also allow people to add further knowledge to their existing vocational qualifications and apprenticeships. For example, with an apprenticeship in any land-based sector, it is extremely beneficial to how you and your business can become more sustainable and not only protect the world in which we live, but also increase profits by limiting waste.
• KEITS CPD (continuing professional development) Courses allow you to add to your existing skills and knowledge through online training or if an employer, allow you to upskill your team.

KEITS have recently updated the courses we offer, including Leadership and Management, Prevent duty, Principles of Safeguarding, Sustainability and much more including the very popular Keeping Young People Safe Online!

These courses take, on average, 2 -4 hours to complete and you can plan your studies around your work and family life and cost less than your weekly shop.
