CPD Provision & Coronavirus - A suggested approach for professional bodies
The current Coronavirus situation is causing worldwide disruption which has put normality on hold.
Many professional bodies, particularly those which hold a Royal Charter, require particular grades of members to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain their level of membership.
In some instances, it may be needed for the right to practice. It may even be a legal requirement for their job.
We have compiled a dedicated commentary and a suggested approach to help professional bodies consider how they address CPD provision during this challenging period.
If you conduct a learning/CPD focused role you can access this free resource via the CPD Intelligence Community - an online professional community of circa 100 professional body representatives (at all levels/career stages). The Group is chaired by RIBA Head of CPD, Joni Tyler.
Membership Criteria: Access is exclusive to professionals (at all levels/career stages) working for professional membership bodies (or equivalent).
