Great to see the steel frame nearly completed today on our Prospect Way, Brentwood commercial build for Grants of Shoreditch Limited.

Working for Frederick J French (Contracts) Limited, Cost Plan Consulting undertook the production of a Bill of Quantities which we priced and won on FJF’s behalf.?We then assisted in the negotiation of the letting of the build contract to FJF.

Going forward we are involved in both commercial and project management disciplines of the project’s delivery.
