CP3 For MVP!!!

There is a bit of a campaign for Devin Booker to win MVP, but ESPN Analyst Ros-Gold Onwude has challenged that push on an episode of NBA Today. As a fan of the NBA, I happen to agree with Ros' stance. Devin Booker is an offensive force & Monty Williams is an outstanding coach. However, there is something, or someone missing from this narrative.

Chris Paul's impact is being swept under the rug. The Phoenix Suns were the laughing of the Western Conference before the Chris Paul trade. Before coming to Phoenix, Chris Paul led an Oklahoma City Thunder team, that was trying to tank(lose games) to get a high draft pick, to the 2020 NBA Playoffs & a 7th game against the Houston Rockets in the NBA Bubble.

All in all: Does Devin Booker deserve MVP over Chris Paul? Why is Chris Paul's impact being overlooked? The Suns were not even a Playoff team before Paul's arrival. Now they are the #1 team in the NBA. For that reason alone, I firmly believe this should be the year that CP3 Wins MVP!!!
