COVID19: The Orthopaedic Recovery

As we emerge from “shelter in place”, we look out onto a world that is very different from the one we left behind. It’s daunting. How do we understand SARS-CoViD-2 and its impact on our workforce? How do we start back up in a responsible fashion? Now that we have tried telehealth, what role will it play in the future? What policy actions will preserve access to these digital tools and how should we advocate for them as an orthopaedic community? How can we be better prepared if there is a second peak? How does a global recession impact health care economics?
