- All technical colleges should be centres for vaccinations
- Each School administration should come up with a vaccination programme for both teaches and pupils.
- Mission hospitals can help out a lot to cater for communities around them and coordinate
- Workers trade unions can also help out and roll out vaccinations programmes.
- Communities can setup vaccination programmes and in conjuction with well wishers,NGOs etc vulnerable members in the community can be vaccinated too.
- All the pogrammes above will operate within the national health services guidelines,the idea is to mobilise resources and speed up the process.
