Covid Lock Down / Work life balance Isn't easy.

There is no longer a separation from work and home life.

While it seemed like so many people got to stay home and get paid to binge watch Netflix in their pyjamas all day you felt like you were busier than ever.

Not only were you trying to balance the new working from home schedule but also doing it in an environment filled with other people wanting your constant attention.

At the start of Lockdown you set yourself a new goal. You were going to use that extra time that you saved on commuting back and forth to work to finally fit in much needed exercise and movement.

But as time went on these well intentioned goals seemed to have become obsolete.
