As you are aware, there are a lot of changes in the economy as a result of COVID-19.

There have been several massive relief packages that affect individuals and businesses, which includes direct payments individuals expansion of unemployment benefits for individuals and many tax incentives and loan programs for businesses to help mitigate the impact of being affected.

The real estate market is also being impacted, not just on the sales side, but also from a financing perspective.

Finally, before you request a forbearance on your mortgage, let's talk. There are things to consider before you proceed with this that aren't being talked about in the market right now.
