Covid-19 Related Complaints
We at Glynn, Mercep & Purcell have recently received a number of inquiries about people’s rights during this pandemic. Specifically, some of our neighbors have asked about their rights if required to go to work in person, and others about whether compensation might be available if they or their loved one may have been further injured as a result of the actions of health care providers. These are very difficult and disturbing times, during which many of us have lost loved ones or friends, so it is understandable that people would want information about their rights.
