COVID-19 Real Estate Rules

Team McClintock will be providing essential real estate services per the order issued by Governor Eric Holcomb on Monday, March 23rd.  To insure the safety and well being of our clients and our community, most of our agents have been working from home.  Thanks to the tremendous strides made in the past several years, we are able to promote our listings 24/7 and "walk through" listings with prospective buyers.  We have individuals that need to move for a job or family needs.  This is why we need to continue to provide these services.  In the event we do need to enter a home to show we are taking all the precautions recommended including:  social distancing, sanitizing hands prior to and immediately following visits, asking sellers to open all the doors and have lights on prior to visit, asking buyer to look and not touch, and asking the homeowner to sanitize after our visit just in case!  The same rules do apply for home inspections.  Many of our closings can be done electronically which minimizes personal contact.  We all want this pandemic to be over as soon as possible.  We will continue to serve in the safest ways possible.  You can reach us at Team-McClintock.com or at (812)777-5220.  Take care and stay safe.  #asktheexpert
