Really insightful. Thank you for sharing! I am seeing lots of people, not with joint swelling, but inflammatory type symptoms. Worse in the morning, eases through the day. Not only joint but also tendon. Doesn’t respond as normal to physiotherapy intervention (seems to take longer).
