#COVID-19 and its many lessons | Part I

#COVID-19 and its many lessons | Part I

As I sympathise with many who have lost loved ones during this #pandemic, I believe it is important to not ignore the vital lessons.

Here's a few:

1. Avoiding #Procrastination

One of the obvious lessons is the unpredictability of life. The harsh reality of life is that time cannot be contained. Indeed, many nations have lockdown their activities, yet the ticktock never stops. This only communicates one thing, "never put off till tomorrow which you can do today."

2. The Place of #Values

It is quite instructive that our value system has been redefined. Our focus steered away from those things that added no real values to #humanity. Now, we have more people committing themselves to what makes our #community stronger.

3. #Health is truly wealth

Getting many people to pay attention to their immune system and certain hygiene practices has revolutionised the lifestyles of the world population. A new order in which investment in health will receive the much needed attention is here.

4. #Workspace revolution

We are having a glimpse of the future of the #workplace where redundancies will be eliminated. Only those with the right #skills will be retained. How sellable is/are your skill(s)?

5. Adaptability

On the whole, we see that the world won't remain the same. A lot of things are changing and many more will still change. #Adaptability #skills to fit into the changing #world will count much.

To be continued...

Tell me some of the lessons you've learnt.
