COVID-19 CRE Needs? SIOR Can Help.

I am a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors? (SIOR), which is made up of 3,400 elite commercial real estate brokers across the globe. SIOR is stepping up to support communities during the COVID-19 crisis by introducing the Community Assistance and Relief in Emergencies (CARE) program. We named this before Congress passed CARES, but I'm slow to get this posted. Many organizations such as food banks, shelters, school food distribution centers, and emergency medical organizations, as well as federal, state, and local government agencies, are in need of additional space to operate and meet the needs of their communities. Landlords and tenants also have questions about rent and resource needs. As experts in commercial real estate with unmatched connections locally, regionally and across the country and world, SIORs are uniquely positioned to find the space that these groups desperately need or offer expert guidance.
