My Story...
In June 2008, during the last economic crises, I shared my vision with my small team and launched a new energy contractor in Western Canada. The following year during the H1N1 virus, we acquired three companies.
While everyone else was cutting back and laying off personnel, I was out hiring the most highly skilled and talented people I could find. Growing and buying companies and disrupting the industry all while building an amazing culture.
Money was cheap and the banks were willing to lend, which allowed us to grow from $0 to $40 million in four years with 350 employees and five operating companies.
What are you doing to thrive, not just survive?

4 年How's this for a contrarian idea? Judge candidates by real criteria, not superficial criteria. Apparently people have no skills or talent in your eyes if their handwriting is bad. Such bad thinking is why you're being roasted on reddit. That's not good for your online reputation.
