Covid 19 - business next moves....

With infection rates and associated restrictions constantly changing, it’s no surprise that businesses are uncertain about where they’re going next. Business owners are receiving little assistance, financial or otherwise - and this seems to be the case across all industries.
With this in mind, business leaders should ask themselves how they can offer guidance to their peers. This can mean sharing something as simple as helpful advice or words of encouragement. When your doors are closed and business goes under the radar, gestures like this really mean something.
My advice for those companies who are struggling?
Firstly - keep your digital your ticking over - there’s simply no reason not to. Follow a multi-channel approach, create ‘evergreen’ content and use this quiet time to focus on social media engagement and customer reviews. This kind of engagement DOES matter, and it will stand by your brand when we see a vaccine rolled out in the near future.
Secondly - be hopeful about a vaccine. As you can see in the article I’ve shared, stocks are already rising in confidence. This can only mean good things for your business.
Finally - don’t be afraid to ask for help or favours. The best advice often comes for free, and I’m happy to chat to anyone who is struggling with this constant uncertainty. Just reach out to me in total confidence!
