In these unprecedented times, we want to do our bit to help.

There is widespread concern that those isolated or vulnerable will sadly fall behind on their rent. Our Exclusive service option will see that your full monthly rent is guaranteed, if your tenant falls ill or is unable to pay for any other reason (subject to a max. rent of ï¿¡3,000pcm).

We are confident that this service will take the financial pressure off during these difficult times. The cost of the protection is included in our Exclusive service option management fee – ensuring peace of mind, knowing that the rent will be paid each month, along with any unforeseen legal costs.
