Covering it up at JCB

This is the first chance I've had to tell you about the Great JCB Cover-up, so listen carefully...

Sounds like the start of an Agatha Christie crime scene, but it's not, and I preempt my article by saying what an amazing company JCB are.

A few weeks ago, we were invited to their exclusive Trade & Recycling Event. This prestigious event was a showcase of their finest machines and technology. Not only did this include their dealers from around the world, but all the movers and shakers of the waste industry would be there too, so I was quite excited to be going.

However (there always is a "however" in a great story), they wanted a Zappshelter to cover some baling equipment because, if the stuff got wet, it would make a right old mess of the demonstration area.

Enter Zappshelter. We erected a beautiful 17 x 12m unit on top of concrete Zappblock walls to create an amazing undercover work area. Each block weighs around 2 tonnes so the walls are very substantial.

The net result is an awesome recycling bay, erecting in next-to-no time and completely relocatable. It can be moved, extended in length, or joined side-to-side. There is virtually no limit to what you can achieve with the Zappshelter/Zappblock combo.
