Courage Systems
I am a poet, if you didn't know it. =) I have been writing poetry actively for 30-years. Poetry is a vehicle that takes me to process the ways I live, to consider my interactivity with others, and to catch feelings about my daily environments.
As someone obsessed with technology, I still very much rely on handwriting to bring out the deepest most hidden truths. Poetry has allowed me to see my inner-optimism strengthened over time. However, technology impresses me. Daydreaming about what life in the future with all the current technology will be like, happens all-day and likely all-night.
Recently, I have been noticing that some of my poems have technology words in them. To me, this shows that my mind is working to integrate my interests and daily work at a deeper level. Letting my poetic inner-voice run loose, and unleashing personal truth, feels so good.
Lately, I've been letting loose on small notecards that fit into my day bag. This has allowed me to do poetry-on-the-go, and not make it such a serious event. Here below is a recent poem, to share my optimism about how I can become better and healthier as life goes on. Thank you for reading.
