Yesterday we promised you a few hands-on tips on how to tackle “the fears” aka Impression Management. There’s a lot of chatter about the importance of healthy team dynamic and Psychological Safety in these times but little in the way of suggested action and we know that is because people know in their hearts of hearts it matters, but most have no way to measure it or improve it in any way and the fact that our software’s dashboard allows us to see clearly how the team feels, is a luxury many don’t have. So for those of us who can’t see the Impression Management Alerts in the Dashboard or when indicators like Courage or Speaking Up drop like we can, here are two ideas of things to do anyhow.

“The Courage Hackathon” (which includes Courage Stories; a “Permission Slip Passing” Exercise and a “Vulnerability Pledge”); and

“The Catch Yourself Counter”
