2022 presents opportunities to think differently, ask better questions, create and iterate. Take risks. Grow. And sometimes, possibly fail. Yet, failure is not something that we handle well. The most common response is to give up.

On the contrary, one of the reasons for our failure could be that we have not yet fully comprehend the situation or solution. Hence, we should conduct more due diligence.?

What if we perceive failure as a temporary loss that compels us to keep going?

We do not know what we do not know. There is nothing to feel inadequate about. Change is our way of life, especially in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Transformational change comes with possible failures as we innovate and push our boundaries.

Adopt a growth mindset. Embrace managerial courage to seek and do the right thing. Challenge status quo. Do not fear when others think that our ideas are incomprehensible. Keep going. The true loss is when we stop trying.
