Executive Coach (ICF PCC) | Leadership Facilitator (IAF-CPF) | Courage Catalyst | Mentor @ Ignyte
First things first - I’m thrilled to have you on this journey with me. A warm welcome if you are joining this week. This is my weekly series where I share my learnings, challenges, musings on stepping powerfully into a life of your dreams. Choosing Courage over Comfort!!
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive insights, curated links, resources, stories and the coolest things I’m learning about being courageous and bringing my A game to creating a prosperous, ethical and sustainable coaching and facilitation practice.?
I have one request as you read this newsletter. Please read it about YOU. Not about me. And know that you can create the most amazing version of this newsletter that you possibly can.?
Five things in my Courage catalyst series:
May this enrich and support your own journey of becoming the courageous leader with ease and joy.?
??The Courage Toolbox
We had our first pre-school webinar this week. Almost 6 months before the official start of Ankush Jain 's Coaching Career School I have enrolled in to create a prosperous, ethical and service based coaching practice.?I am still processing the immense value we got in that conversation.
I know for certain that this mountain has no top! It is radically changing how I serve my clients already.??
It’s particularly exciting to be meeting, learning and growing with the most incredible and inspiring faculty and members in our cohort.?
Here are 3 ways I am showing up as a student of the school. I will continue sharing how I navigate these 3 empowering mindsets.?
Who would I need to BE to show up powerfully in service of my clients???
Simple. The answer is in the question.?
?? Book I’m Recommending
'How to Get the Most Out of Coaching’ - a client’s guide for optimizing the Coaching Experience. - Karen Davis & Alex Mill?
Coaching empowers you to go after the life you want to create! That being said, coaching isn’t magic.?
Therefore I recommend this book to get the most out of any coaching experience. You will learn how to be a good client and how to get the highest possible ROI while working with a coach. The best part is that you can apply the process in the book to drive more growth, fulfillment and joy across all aspects of your life.?
P.s. I am reading the book in preparation for my coaching school starting September.?Here are some questions I am exploring to be a great client.
Bonus: The book is equally valuable to coaches, providing better ways to serve deeply.?
Do share your experience with the book. And the value you are getting from reading it.
?? Quote I’m Pondering?
‘ May we not allow the sunset to find us the same as we were at sunrise’?- Pierre Pradervand
I resonate with this quote. I am not the same person as I was 6 months ago. I am expanding everyday.?
May we make this new day into something unique.?

??Action that inspires
Start now.?Start where you are. Start small.?
?? Playground?
This is anything that makes you either Grin, Gasp and Giggle.?
Grin because you’re excited with possibility. Gasp because you’re thinking “How am I ever going to pull this off?”?Giggle because you’ll LOVE IT if it actually happens!
?Photo/Collage of the week
What would you caption this collage?
I decided to capture the beauty of dawn during the holy month of Ramadan. My daily routine was waking up before dawn which was usually 4am, having a healthy bite to sustain me till dusk and welcoming the beginning of a new day.?
I looked forward to that moment every single day when I could witness it and have some fun. I took photos and videos every single day at the same time and shared it as my instagram/facebook story.?
Someone asked me why I chose the same view - why not choose a different view to take the photo. I smiled.
It doesn't matter what you're looking at, what matters is what you see.
#Boringlyconsistent! This is how Karan Rai trained for 777.
7 Marathons in 7 Continents in 7 consecutive days! No fanfare needed, no motivation needed, no inspiration needed, just show up and DO IT every day for as long as it takes to reach your goal. Period. Become #BoringlyConsistent with the process and there will be NOTHING Boring about the Outcome.?
Where would you like to become Boringly Consistent?
Thanks for reading.I hope you find my thoughts useful for your own journey.?I am committed to keeping the newsletter short, easy, relevant and action oriented. I’d love to hear from you about your biggest takeaway.
Is there something else you would like me to cover in the newsletter??Feel free to email me anytime at [email protected].
Until next week!
Keep Couraging
