1 天前I have had to “embrace the suck” and you are correct in that challenging oneself daily can help cultivate courage, but Dr. Huberman has noted research into a number of things like kratom or mental health suggestions like morning sun. The issue I have experienced is that with continuous prolonged exposure to negative stimuli that it limits blood flow to the parts of the brain like the nucleus accumbems, anterior and posterior cinugulate, and prefrontal cortex. In my experience with a concussion is that pushing oneself too far has a decrecendo effect with the fight or flight response being easily triggered, thus robbing the ability to stop and be creative with the things I Love, to have meaningful relationships, but I have done a pretty good job hacking this issue on a shoestring budget. I don’t have a PHD, but I have a prolonged personal experience, and I don’t need biometrics tell that my resilience and sleep scores suck.
