County Enforcement Group Evict Squatters from Buckingham Gate London

On Thursday morning we received a call from our client stating he had Squatters in his building, we attended the property within hours to assess the best way to evict this group. We informed our client that the best way forward was to issue a claim in the High Court with an abridgement of time for service. That afternoon our client's solicitor made the application in the High Court. On Friday afternoon our client's solicitor returned to the High Court and successfully obtained the Possession Order.

We were now tasked with evicting the group from the property. At 04:00 on Saturday morning our Eviction Response Team entered the property and successfully evicted the group from site with no breach of the peace.

The whole case was dealt with from start to finish in less than 48 hours. I believe it just goes to show when you have the backing of a great team anything is possible. A big thank you to everyone that was involved it was a brilliant case from start to finish.
